The physician record should not have to be rebuilt everywhere the physician goes.
ABOUT QUARI
Quari is a healthcare technology company focused on making physician credentialing information easier to bring together, verify, monitor, and ultimately reuse across healthcare organizations.
We are building toward a more complete, current, and portable physician record—while working with the credentialing systems, processes, and institutional responsibilities healthcare organizations already have.
WHY QUARI EXISTS
Credentialing was built around transactions.
A physician’s record should endure across a career.
Physicians move across organizations, states, payers, and care settings. Their credentialing information moves too—but often as repeated submissions, separate files, point-in-time verifications, and institution-specific records.
The same professional information is repeatedly collected and reconstructed across organizations.
REBUILT
Different versions of the physician record can exist across physicians, facilities, payers, and verification sources.
FRAGMENTED
Credentials expire, registrations change, and information that was accurate when collected can become outdated.
POINT-IN-TIME
Build around the physician record—not another destination for it.
OUR APPROACH
Quari is designed to bring credentialing information together around the physician record while working alongside the systems and workflows healthcare organizations already use.
The goal is not to centralize every credentialing operation inside Quari. It is to create a more complete and current layer of information that can be reviewed, verified, monitored, and ultimately become more reusable over time.
Connect physician-provided, organization-held, and applicable independently sourced credentialing information.
BRING IT TOGETHER
Compare versions, identify discrepancies, and record independently sourced verification information and provenance.
ESTABLISH WHAT IS CURRENT
Monitor selected credential information for changes so the record does not immediately begin aging after review.
KEEP IT CURRENT
Make each credentialing cycle build on the last.
WHERE QUARI IS GOING
Quari’s longer-term direction is to help physician credentialing information become more persistent, current, and reusable over time—reducing the need to repeatedly reconstruct the same professional record.
As the platform develops, the goal is to create greater continuity around credentialing information while preserving the authorization, review, and decision-making responsibilities of healthcare organizations.
CONTINUITY —
Build on credentialing information that already exists rather than starting over each time.
CURRENTNESS —
Maintain greater visibility into changes that affect the physician record over time.
REUSE —
Create a stronger foundation for credentialing information to support future organizational needs.
VERIFIED ONCE. READY EVERYWHERE.
Quari was built from firsthand experience with the complexity behind healthcare access.
BUILT FROM THE PROBLEM
Quari was founded by Jonathan Bolents, a healthcare technology founder and operator whose experience includes supporting large-scale healthcare transformation, provider connectivity, and work at the intersection of healthcare operations and regulatory complexity.
That experience shaped a simple conviction: credentialing infrastructure should make it easier for trusted physician information to remain complete, current, and useful—not require the same record to be rebuilt again and again.
